1. Inform us by phone at 211 4029672 or via email at orders@perfectdress.gr. Then, return the product free of charge, accompanied by the completed Product Return Form and the receipt found in the package, to our address within ten days of receiving it, using the courier company you received it with (ELTA COURIER) due to our cooperation.
2. We will receive and inspect the returned item.
3. If the product is in its original condition, we will send the new clothing within 1-2 business days after receiving the returned item, except for hard-to-reach areas of mainland and island Greece and for international shipments. The cost of the new shipment is 3 euros and is fixed regardless of the amount of the initial order. For more details, you can click on the terms of use, specifically on returns.
4. In the case of a cash refund, you need to provide your bank account details, including the IBAN, and optionally, the reasons for the return, on the return form enclosed in the package. You are only responsible for the return shipping costs of the product, which amount to 3 euros, and any cash-on-delivery fees.
· Cash refunds are not possible if the purchase was made at our physical store. In this case, only the exchange of the purchased product is possible.
5. Special customer orders for sizes not listed on the size chart of each design are not accepted for exchange or cash refunds (sizes above UK18).
6. Seasonal items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
What is the process when the payment method is a bank deposit?
When placing your order and choosing bank deposit as the payment method, you can either go to the nearest bank (preferably Alpha Bank) or use e-banking. In both cases, you must specify the order number as the reason for the deposit. Then, you send us the proof of payment to orders@perfectdress.gr, indicating your order number. The order processing begins once we are notified that the payment has been deposited.
Note: Customers who choose bank deposit as the payment method should make the deposit within 2 (two) days; otherwise, the order will be automatically canceled.
When will I receive my order?
All orders within Greece are shipped by our company within 1-2 business days*, and for Cyprus and Europe, it takes up to nine business days.
In the case of bank deposits, the order processing starts from the day we are informed that the money has been deposited into one of Perfect Dress’s bank accounts, except for remote areas, mainland and island regions of Greece, where it may take 3-5 days, depending on the destination.

On the product page marked as “OUT OF STOCK,” which is labeled as “Unavailable/Sold Out/Temporarily Unavailable,” choose the size you are interested in. A field labeled “Notify me when available” will appear below. Click on the field, and an icon will open. Enter your email address and choose “Notify.” When the product becomes available again, you will receive a notification.
On the final order completion screen, it will state that your order has been successfully completed. You will also receive an automatic email confirming your order number and that it has been registered. This email confirms that you have correctly placed your order and that it has reached us.
